We use luton vans which can hold 1.5 tonne, (20 cubic metres) for our clearance services. All of our vans are unmarked, no signage, assuring complete discretion.

Yes, we can disconnect your appliances, (washing machines, cookers, dishwashers, tv’s). Gas cookers that are plumbed into the mains gas supply will require a Corgi registered engineer to disconnect.

Do you live or work in another country? we regularly perform house clearances on behalf of our customers who are unavailable. We can arrange to pick up keys from a family friend, solicitor or estate agent.

Headed invoices and photographs of the completed clearance can be forwarded upon completion. Please note that we do require a 50% deposit when the customer is not available.

On average, most house clearances can be completely cleared within one day with the exception of a hoarders clearance which can take several days, or a large house with outbuildings.

We always keep our customers informed throughout the clearance process.

We accept any credit or debit card that displays a Visa, V PAY, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, or Union Pay logo as well as NFC payments via Google and Apple Pay. Headed invoices can be supplied should you need one for your solicitor of family members.
