What items do you clear during a house clearance?
During a house clearance, we clear the following items:
Beds, Frames, Mattresses, Bedding, Wardrobes, Chest of Drawers, Sofas, Tables, Chairs, Washing Machines, Dishwashers, Cookers, Small Electrical Appliances, TV’s, Carpets, Display Cabinets, Garden Furniture, Tools, Paint, Sheds, Bicycles, Clothing, Ornaments, Paint.
We cannot clear the following items, hazardous waste, asbestos, firearms, gas cylinders, heating oil, fuel.
Do you have a full waste carriers license?
Yes, we have a waste carriers license with Northern Ireland Environmental Agency. You can check our license at registered waste carriers transporters, waste license No: ROC UT 8264
What type of vans do us for house clearances?
We use luton vans which can hold 1.5 tonne, (20 cubic metres) for our clearance services. All of our vans are unmarked, no signage, assuring complete discretion.

Do you disconnect all appliances?
Yes, we can disconnect your appliances, (washing machines, cookers, dishwashers, tv’s). Gas cookers that are plumbed into the mains gas supply will require a Corgi registered engineer to disconnect.
How do I arrange a house clearance?

Either request a visit in person for (large clearances) or alternatively send us a few images either to our whatsapp number 0734 231 5580 or Email: firstname.lastname@example.org please include the following information.
1) Your name and location
2) Images of items to be cleared or an itemised list
3) Preferred date for clearance
Do you recycle the items that your clear?
We endeavour to recycle as much as possible reducing our carbon footprint. Over 80% of items collected are successfully recycled, (metal, plastics, wood, clothing, books, furniture). We liaise with local charities giving back to the local community.
How long will it take to clear a house
On average, most house clearances can be completely cleared within one day with the exception of a hoarders clearance which can take several days, or a large house with outbuildings.
We always keep our customers informed throughout the clearance process.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept any credit or debit card that displays a Visa, V PAY, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, or Union Pay logo as well as NFC payments via Google and Apple Pay. Headed invoices can be supplied should you need one for your solicitor of family members.
