Do you have waste carriers license?

Yes, we have a waste carriers license with Northern Ireland Environmental Agency. You can check our license at registered waste carriers transporters, waste license No: ROC UT 8264

What type of vans do we use for commercial clearances?

We use luton vans which can hold 1.5 tonne, (20 cubic metres) for our clearance services. All of our vans are unmarked, no signage, assuring complete discretion.

How do I arrange a commercial waste clearance?

Booking a commercial clearance

Either request a visit in person for (large clearances) or alternatively send us a few images either to our WhatsApp number 0734 231 5580 or Email: terry@housily.co.uk please include the following information.

1) Your name and location

2) Images of items to be cleared or an itemised list

3) Preferred date for clearance

Do you live or work in another country? we regularly perform commercial clearances on behalf of our customers who at times are unavailable. We can arrange to pick up keys from another business colleague, solicitor or estate agent.

Headed invoices and photographs of the completed clearance can be forwarded upon completion. Please note that we do require a 50% deposit when the customer is not available.
